Carolyn E. Bledsoe
M.S. CCC-SLP

With over 40 years of experience in speech therapy, Mrs. Carolyn Bledsoe is passionate about helping individuals find their voice and reach their full potential. She’s had the privilege of providing both in-person and teletherapy services across a wide range of settings—including medical facilities and schools—serving clients from early childhood through adulthood.

She is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold active licensure in multiple states. Her diverse experience allows her to adapt to each client’s unique needs with compassion, skill, and evidence-based care.

Carolyn’s motto is simple: Do the right thing—and do it right now. I am driven by a deep commitment to making a positive, immediate impact. I approach every client with creativity and purpose, developing personalized service plans tailored to their goals and strengths. Because of Carolyn’s unwavering motto- “Do the right thing, and do it now” – and her deep passion for her work, she has built a strong track record of exceptional results and lasting client satisfaction. Her dedication consistently brings meaningful, positive change to individuals and families across every community she serves.

Support Services Researcher, Staff Writer & Student Support Specialist

Rebecca brings compassion, creativity, and dedication to her multifaceted role at Gloco. With a bachelor’s degree in English, she serves as our Support Services Researcher and Staff Writer, collaborating with psychologist, clinical speech-language pathologists, educators, and counselors to create meaningful, informative blog content that connects with our community.

In addition to her writing, Rebecca works directly with K–12 students—both in general education and those with special needs—providing one-on-one academic support and encouragement. She is passionate about helping students not only succeed in their schoolwork but also find joy and confidence in their daily lives. Her kind, consistent presence makes a lasting impact on the students and families she supports.

Rebecca fully embraces our motto: “Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves.” Whether she’s guiding our volunteer team, writing a blog article, or organizing a food or blanket drive for those in need. Rebecca leads with heart and a deep sense of purpose. She is a true advocate for growth, inclusion, and community care.

Jessica Edwards
International Assessment Coordinator

Jessica is a compassionate, skilled professional with a strong foundation in psychology and a heart for helping students thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and brings over twelve years of hands-on experience working with K–12 students, including those with special education needs.

Her background in education and customer service management allows her to connect easily with families, educators, and students. She approaches every assessment with care, ensuring each child feels supported, understood, and valued. Her work helps maintain the highest standards of integrity and care in every assessment we provide. She also stays current on changes in education laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring we remain a trusted, reliable resource for the communities we serve.

Whether she’s coordinating across schools or guiding international families through the assessment process, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the success of every learner. She’s a vital part of our mission to build inclusive, student-centered communities where every child can reach their full potential.

Dr. Dorna Rigby
Executive Director

Dr. Dorna Rigby serves as the Executive Director of Gloco Support Services, bringing more than two decades of expertise in counseling and education. At Gloco, Dr. Rigby oversees both the strategic direction and daily operations of the organization. She is a certified Counselor, Consultant, Education Specialist, Diagnostician, and Special Education Teacher, recognized for her exceptional skill set and dedication to student success.

Dr. Rigby has a proven track record of over 20 years supporting students, families, and institutions across Asia, the Caribbean, and the United States. Her professional approach is marked by critical, strategic, and systematic thinking, particularly when designing programs for students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

She possesses expert-level administrative and curriculum planning skills, with experience in globally respected academic frameworks including the International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), and the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).

Dr. Rigby champions a holistic approach to education and student well being. She has coined the guiding phrase, “Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves,” which reflects her belief that understanding the whole person—academically, emotionally, and socially—leads to better outcomes and lasting growth
